Pre Registration Support

We recommend contacting us prior to setting up your company structure, as this can have a detrimental affect in the registration process. The service we provide includes and not limited to:

• Assisting with company structure and planning permission.

• Developing and reviewing your paperwork including statement of purpose, policies and procedures, LARA, Business Continuity Plan, Lease, Cash flow forecast, Health and Safety file, and Personnel files.

• Advice and support with safer recruitment including Manager and Responsible Individual

• Support in completing Ofsted’s registration application

• Property audit – is the property fit for purpose

• Advice and support with the Fit Person’s Interview

• Initial site visit to look at the suitability of the home with an action plan 

• Consultant visit to discuss your requirements prior to a pre Ofsted registration visit and ensure you are ready for Ofsted.

Consultancy fees are £450 a day for a 7 hour programme. If there are further days required, the fee is £300 for the 7 hour programme, which can be split in to hours.
